Pet-Friendly Community
Our team at Garrett North Powers Modern Apartments knows life is simply better with pets — and we can’t wait to meet yours! From the jingle of a leash before a crisp morning walk with Pikes Peak on the western horizon, to the contented sigh of a pup curled up after a long day, we believe the best moments are the ones you share with your four-legged family members. That’s why our community is thoughtfully designed with pets in mind, offering room to run, cozy spots to rest, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes tails wag.
Here, your mornings might start with a loop through our Powers Corridor neighborhood, trading hellos with other pet parents along the way, and your evenings can be spent on your private patio or balcony watching the sun slip behind the Front Range while your furry friend stretches out nearby. Whether it’s a romp at our on-site Pet Park, a quick trip down Barnes Road for treats and a trim, or simply knowing your home is a place where your pet is truly welcome, Garrett North Powers makes it easy for you and your companions to thrive in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
